01 / What we do

We install, repair and replace thermal insulation.

Most of our work is on ships in maintenance and refit. The rest is on industrial installations and buildings. One crew of four, the same team on every job; we do not subcontract our own work.

Marine and shipyard

Pipework and exhaust systems, engine rooms, accommodation bulkheads and decks, HVAC ducting. Removal and reinstatement of insulation for inspections. We work to the yard’s schedule and safety regime as a self-contained crew.

02 / The crew

One crew. The same team on every job.

Our four insulators have more than ten years of experience each, most of it in Dutch shipyards. They live together near the site in company-arranged housing and travel in a company vehicle. A client deals with one company and one point of contact.

Employment: Employed by Firm Solutions in Slovenia and posted to the Netherlands under EU A1 certificates.
Certification: Every member of the crew holds a current VCA certificate.
Materials: Mineral wool, PIR and Armaflex elastomeric foam.
Where: Based in the Rotterdam area, working across the Netherlands.
